The room I had this time was in the new section of the property. When I first entered it I thought it had a slight musty smell to it. The larger bathroom area I felt was a plus and the enclosed closet also.
No complaints. Rooms where nice, staff very friendly. Price was very reasonable....i would Definitely stay there again
The breakfast room had been moved from the front lobby into the previous conference / meeting room. It seems to work well as the new breakfast / micro bar area now. The items offered have not changed except the biscuits and gravy, of which I was partial to, are no longer available. And the waffles now carry the motel brand.
Clean and cute. The pool is nice, especially when you can swim and watch the snow fall outside.
I would recommend this location at any time, especially since the other offerings in Algona leave a lot to be desired.
We found this Americinn very satisfactory. They accepted & accommodated our pet with a first floor room. Ice, snacks & sodas located within feet of the room. Clean rooms, friendly associates, pool was great. Price was worth it. Will stay here again next time we come.
Great hotel at a great price, stayed here while visiting the grotto of redemption with my family. They also have a very nice breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!
